Dennis C. McCoy, Esq.

A principal in Government Affairs-Maryland, Former Delegate Dennis C. McCoy, Esquire served in the Maryland House of Delegates from 1974 until 1986. During his distinguished career in the House, Mr. McCoy was Chairman of the state's largest and most powerful Delegation, Baltimore City. Mr. McCoy also sat on the powerful House Ways and Means committee, serving with the committee's current Chair, Delegate Sheila Hixson.

For over two decades, Mr. McCoy was a Senior Partner in the law firm of Polovoy and McCoy, a general law practice with offices in Baltimore City, Hunt Valley, and Annapolis. He ended his relationship with the law firm to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Mars Supermarkets. Mr. McCoy currently concentrates his efforts on his lobbying activity for a variety of clients.

Mr. McCoy has amassed considerable continuing education credits in the areas of finance, real estate, investments, and advocacy. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore and holds an Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland at College Park.
